Pokemon Go is a new mobile game that is a craze across the country. (I guess Pokemon Go is all around the world now) However, the mobile game has also played a role in armed robberies in Missouri, the discovery of a body in Wyoming, and injuries to people distracted by the Pokemon Go app.<\/p>\n

I don’t play games, so I didn’t know much about it. After being asked, I did a little research to write this blog and prepare a page for the Survive and Defend membership site. The problems with the game have led to this statement by Pokemon Company International and Niantic,\u201d We encourage all people playing Pokemon Go to be aware of their surroundings and to play with friends when going to new or unfamiliar places.\u201d<\/p>\n

How about this? Get your head out of your apps and pay more attention to the world and people around you. How about experiencing nature? What about interacting with people in person, rather than an imaginary something on a device?<\/p>\n

It’s sort of like a meme a friend posted, the essence was, \u201cI don’t know anything about Pokemon Go because I’m not 10 years old and I have things to do.\u201d That’s where I was until people starting writing me about my thoughts on this new craze.<\/p>\n
